Viewing Digital Seismograms
The UC Berkeley Seismological Laboratory operates a network of seismometers in northern and central California. The Berkeley Digital Seismic Network is an array of high-dynamic range, broadband seismometers. Data from these instruments are transmitted continuously to UC Berkeley for processing and analysis, and are archived at the Northern California Earthquake Data Center for further scientfic analysis.
There are several ways of viewing seismograms from these stations:
- Current seismograms from BDSN stations
Precomputed seismograms for the last 24 hours from selected BDSN stations. - Sample Seismograms
Some interesting seismograms from local and worldwide earthquakes. - Make your own seismogram
Create your own custom seismogram from current or archived BDSN data.
